APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Did you know milque.spa is a family run, boutique award winning day spa and as such we are in high demand and have limited appointments available as we book up in advance.
The time we allocate for your appointment is reserved for you. When you book an appointment with us, we guarantee you this time and appoint a fully qualified and highly experienced professional to take care of you.
We understand there can be unforeseen circumstances, and we understand however we do require at least 24hrs notice prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations received at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time are cancelled without charge.
If cancelled within a 24hour period or no show, you lose your booking fee that was paid to secure your appointment.
If you are using a spa gift voucher we require the gift voucher number to secure your booking with is used as your booking fee. if you cancel within 24 hours notice or no show the voucher will be treated as void.
All appointments over 1 hour treatment time incl. hair services require a a booking fee via direct debit or to be paid over the phone by credit card or in salon to secure your booking.
